Oh My Goodness! I am blown away, it is all so very beautiful!! Your house is looking fantastic, and Judy is going to have the time of her life with you guys!! I can't get over that cupcake biscuit barrel, it's brilliant! :)

Good Luck with that job, Scarlett, what a beautiful journey to work & back you will have! It's all really stunning and I wish you both so much happiness in your new home :)

'Will miss your posts while you're offline for a while - hurry back!

Much Love to you all, 'hope your Aunty is doing well, too.

Hugs, Q xXx

Thanks so much suzie! Its coming together slowly, cant wait till tommorow to get everything in there and set up. It will be fun then going around to all the antique shops and getting new little bits. We would like to have the house painted by the time Judy arrives which we may start on in a few weeks,I think then it will start looking really nice. The area surrounding Scarborough is lovely, its all along the Penninsula of Brisbane called Morteon Bay area, its about 30kms from the city and its as far as you can go along the bay which means its not as busy as the larger suburb next to it Kippa Ring and Redcliffe. It's like this qauint seaside/beach town with both huge waterside canal houses and queenslander war cottages like ours. Its main street is along the water and is mainly restaraunts and cafes with a few little shops which suits us fine as Kippa Ring has a big shopping centre and 10 movie cinema about 5 minutes on the bus from us. I am dropping off my resume on Tuesday, the job would be ideal as I would like to make the most of living in a nice area and go for alot of walks!
I hope Judy likes it, its alot different to Scotland so I'm a lil worried she may not!
We'll speak soon, have a good week!

Ohh p.s my aunty is doing great guns and has been home with mum since saturday. She has to go up to the hospital daily for blood tests for a month for fear of rejection, but so far so good!

OMG, Scarlett, it sounds (& looks)absolutely idyllic! No need to worry whether Judy will like it or not - she'll be buzzin her wotsits off just to be there with you, and the scenery, shops, etc will just be a huge bonus! She'll love it, I'm convinced! If she changes her mind, I'll have her ticket!!! ;) (Only joking, she's counting down the days, you must have seen her blog!)
I know of someone else in Brisbane (Jai Homer, just in case you meet him! He's well into tattoos and wears glasses, so you never know...;) now that would be a coincidence, eh?!!)
So glad your Aunty's out of hospital & on the mend...wishing her well x
Have the greatest fun moving in, hope it all goes smoothly for you.
Loads of Love, Q xXx
