My Mum,Stevie and I at Old Petrie Town.

Pinata Fun

Brunswick Heads and Byron Bay. Some artistic crab patterns. Surf at Kingscliffe. Snake skin in the rocks where we were sitting at Brunswick, we moved very quickly!

Here are a few more pictures from my Mum's camera of the teaparty and then of the BBQ we had at Mum's new unit last night as farewell for Judy. Aunty Marion, Keith and the girls all came again and we had steaks, wedges, and lots of salads with Mudcake, strawberries and cafe grand ice cream for dessert. Some of us had a little dance along to some 80's music in the longue room and we also did the flamingo pinata which we forgot to do at the tea party. The short drive home consisted of singing Rick Astley and Fine Young Cannibals very badly! Judy gave me some sewing lessons yesterday and after making a small little lavender pocket/pin cushion, I then made my first cushion with my machine! Yay! It needs a bigger cushion inside it, but Judy was a fantastic teacher.

Byron Bay Lighthouse.

Here are some pictures of when we went down to Byron Bay to the big lighthouse, whilst there we spotted some whales and a few dolphins. Unfortunatly it was a lil overcast but got sunnie later in the day.Whilst we were down there we saw whales at Cabbaritta who put on a great show for us. Byron Bay Lighthouse is the most easterly point of the Australian Mainland.

More cake and pressies

My dad in my HUGE box of b'day presents got me that jewellery box and vase and also the two pink and grey plates. My aunt who is a bit of an antique freak was eyeing off my vase as she has a wall pocket exactly the same! She couldnt believe dad found the vase, as her wall pocket cost her a small fortune.

House and Garden

The pictures of our room are unfortunatly quite dark. We will update with some with better light at a later point. We need to get our geisha prints framed, and add 2 more to them, also need 2 oriental prints above the bedside tables and our wedding korkeshki dolls from scotland, I want a vintage mannequin beside the washstand under the parasol to pin my millions of broaches and jewellery onto. We need need lamps for our bedside tables and smaller cd player and alarm clocks.
