Our house!, we put a deposit on it today, everyone cross their fingers for the loan! The house is two blocks from the beautiful Scarborough Beach and when you walk down our street and look right you can see the water. We are right at the tip of Scarborough which is surrounded by a marina, lots of cafes and a big bbq park on the beach which is surrounded by pines. The beach is less then a 5 min walk away! I can't believe we've found something so beautiful that is so us, for so cheap I'm talking about 85 thousand pounds only for 4 double bedrooms with built ins, two loungue rooms, huge bathroom and kitchen, two decks! Its gorgeous. Apart from maybe changing the colour of the carpet in the formal loungue and a few room colours, we have nothing to do. Please let the next 10 days go quick and that the bank like us!
